hello, can anyone recommend a good behaviour management course (on line ideally).
just going through the 'are you ready for your inspection' booklet, and notice there is a section of behaviour management training.

I would get a book from the library. Ofsted will ask you about it and as long as you know what you are doing you will be fine. I did a course recently but it was a bit of a waste of time tbh, nothing very new or exciting! You might find your council run courses when you are registered and these are usually subsidised or free.
ETA - unless it specifies you have to have some kind of qualification now? It didnt when I registered and I havent heard anything about it being necessary

You should get some basic training as part of your introductory course.
You can then learn more through books as and when children arrive and you need more information to support them.
