childcare act

Can anyone suggest a site which will explain the child care act and reforms in simple terms, for my childcare 8 hr cource my first task is to make a leaflet out lining current legislation, we are all ment to have recieved a text book with all this info in it, but guess what they havent turned up yet TYPICAL:mad:

I have looked on the education dep site but its not that great any help would be really appriciated .

The Childcare act is not a simple document.

It is however split into sections - so if your task was about a section you may well find it a lot easier...

for example - section 12

documents exist for sections but the act stands on its own... if there are simple documents out there about the act no-one has passed them our way
