Variation request

Hi can someone please help me, I want to apply for a variation but do not know where to find the form, can someone point me in the right direction or do I have to call ofsted and get one sent in the post??? I just want to see if I can have another under 5 for 2 hours on a Friday, I think I am asking for the right thing!!! :o Thanks

If you call them they will email you a form you can then fill it in online and send it back x
