How many activites?

Hi, I was just wondering how many activites I should be planning for a mindee I have 2 days a week, should I organise an activity on both days following our planning and themes and obs or just on 1 day?
We usually go out somewhere in the morning, park, library etc then in afternoon usually end up doing playdo, painting, drawing, free play etc and usually a craft or activity I have thought off depending on planning.
Just wondering if I should be doing on both days?

How old is the mindee? :D

I'm assuming it's an eyfs child? I would try to squeeze in part of your theme on both days so as not to overwhelm the child and so that you're also following your planning - if that makes sense?!
