Mindee (age 4) has spent most the morning squeezing out trumps (I hate the F word  ) then the other one, whos 2 accidently popped one at lunchtime and all I heard for the next half hour was ' I've got a F up my bum'

Am I glad they are now at pre school? You betcha

Sounds like a normal night with my other half

Hence the need for yankee candles :clapping: :clapping:

One of my previous mindees once shouted at the top of his voice in a shop, " hey i've farted"
Lovely i thought, whilst everyone in the queue was looking at me and not him.

LOL love pumpy trumpets as they are known in this house!

Incidentally - do you have a risk assessment for candles?? I've started burning them in my lounge to counteract the poo smells - and wondered yesterday if I need to have a risk assessment? They are out of reach of the children by a long shot but still a hazard I guess?

I mostly use tarts rather than jars when Im working, and I keep them in the kitchen away from mindees or up on a very high shelf out of reach. I have mentioned that in my RA :)

Thanks Miss M. I have mine burning in the lounge but well away from the children - even my nearly 7 year old couldn't get to them even if she tried. I will mention in my RA from now on.

I've told my afterschoolers that they are called 'lovepuffs' in this house
