I'm just registered, I have my dd 2.6 years, nephew 9 months and a parent coming to see me on friday.

This parent wants 3 full days at the end of March for her son who will be 9 months at that time.
My nephew will be 1 in April so there would be about 9 days of care where I will have 2 under 1years. Will ofsted give me a variation for these days?

provided you can show how you would cope, have necessary equipment etc, don't see why not.

sometime they are funny about it being new business but there are ways around this (will nephew be FT ?)

have a try at the form (contact ofsted) and see how you get on from there.

I'm a new childminder and I've been granted a variation for two under 1s for 9 weeks.

They'll probably send someone out to see you rather than just doing it via the form as you're new too (was told this was standard procedure for new childminders wanting a variation however the only questions that were asked were on the forms I'd sent in anyway
