Got to wake up the kids

They have both been asleep since 1pm & because of the school run Ive got to wake them.

Peace & quiet will now turn to mayhem as I get them both up & ready (whilst still half asleep) to take them out into the cold.

Sounds so cruel doesn't it.

Ahhh bless them. I remember Caitlin used to get really grumpy and cry when I had to wake her up for the school run. I used ot hope he would go back off to sleep again once she was settled in the buggy but she never did

My lo is soo grumpy when I wake her up...my dh says she gets it from me...(don't know what he means):rolleyes:

I have a screaming H today, she has about 5 teeth coming through so I will let her sleep as long as she wants :)

had to wake one up cos her mum came to pick her up.
and the other one because his mother only wants him to have an hours sleep
he hates being woke up gets very grumpy - god love him can't blame him

I've not got any school runs yet and don't think Poppy will be very happy when I have. She sleeps usually from 1pm until 3.45pm and is very grumpy if woken.:)

I have permission to let them sleep in the buggy if I think they will still be sleeping at school run time... otherwise like you say it's mayhem... :(

Hi ya one of my little ones slept for over 3 hrs today yippy!!
poor little mit has had a bad cold for weeks i told mum she had slept for that time she said she obliviously needed it as she was up a lot last night with her, its always a shame when you have to wake them for the school run. :)

yes it is, I have a mindee who can sleep for 5 hours as she has a medical dietary condition, which can give her anaemia, so sad when i have to wake her for the school run...
