hello, im trying to get hold of the set of 12 plastic lakeshore block play career workers (or community workers), and also the set of 6 disabled children (all in solid plastic). they are lovely sets but i cant find where to buy them.

I did look on ebay, and one ebay shop was selling identical sets of the career workers at 22.95 and 27.95, when i queried it with her, she immediately removed the cheaper ones from ebay , saying she didnt have the cheaper ones only the more expensive ones, - I was a bit disappointed with that service, and thought she should honour the cheaper set !! - but anyway, hense not buying from her!.

anyone else got any ideas where i can get them from? many thanks

I would say watch ebay from time to time and don't buy them new. I bought 4 sets (Asian, Black, White and Disabled) from eBay for £1.50 per set. I could not believe my luck! Another childminder who decided to resign was selling them. They do come up second hand from time to time.
