I'll hopefully have passed my driving test before the new year so will need to get insurance for childminding. Do I need insurance specifically for childminding or is business insurance ok?

you need class 1 business insurance.

Some companies might try to sell you other levels of insurance but you do not need them.

No you just need class 1 business insurance along with your normal insurance policy.

Mine is with Morton Michel and says it is for a childminder in association with my business use.
