holiday mindees and possibly more snow

hi all..

I really hope the weather forecaster are wrong .. but they say it might snow again in the next week :panic: ..

I get totally snowed in and do charge for this period as I am open and am happy to have mindees if parents can get to me...

but what do you do if it snows with holiday only mindees.. last time it snowed I still charged.. but what happens if it snows and I've not yet invoiced..

would you still charge.. I really can't afford to lose money coz of the snow :o
