not allowed access to SEF online

having just tried to sort out my SEF online, got through the registration, gateway etc to be told.....

According to our records you do not have permission to access this site :rolleyes:

any ideas?

Ring them on Monday...

in the meantime it is always best to do your SEF on your computer and copy and paste the information in when you are finished.

That way you can back it up and make sure it is safe.

I had this the other week and called the helpline and they sorted it for me. Took a few seconds and all fixed.
