Terms and Conditions of payments HELP PLEASE

i was told a great idea to put my terms and conditions on the back of my invoices.
can any help with what to include in the T and Cs.
all I have thought of up to now is - dates when payment is due / late payment charges if necessary / ways to amke payments.

is there anything Ive missed or would be a good idea to have included.

late payment charges and when late charges apply
any other sanctions - withdrawal of childcare for instance


umm nope can't think of anything else of the top of my head. Mind you all that is in my policies

I have last day of minding on mine, as some made me wait and wait, so i insist they pay on last day childmindin (working) day, even when they go on holiday as one parent had 2 weeks holiday and i didnt get it till they came back, they pay weekly, so was annoyed,

but they are much better now.

once i explained, this they saw it my way,
