Just recieved the best email

Just recieved the best email I've had in a while from my care commission officer. Feeling quite chuffed. :blush:

" Just writting to let you know that the variation is completed and has been approved. You should get your certificate some time next week hopefully, once we can get some staff into the office....no one getting in at the moment.

I wanted to say congratulations on your grades for this year...that was exceptional, paticularly for a first inspection, I was really pleased for you when Morag told me. You must have put alot of thought and work into what you were doing. It certainly paid off with grades like that. Well done! "

I wasn't expecting that anyway, brightened up my day alot especially being snowed in! Hope everyones having a good day and have their warm socks on, brrrr its cold.
