What do I charge?? Quick help needed

I have a mum whose 3 children i care for. I average her costs out so she pays the same each week. Today school is closed due to the snow so i am having her 3 all day. Do i charge more as its an unplanned full day??

I think i made a mistake as i never thought about writing this on the contract. She hasnt mentioned money, just asked if i was ok having the kids all day??

What do i do??

I would definitely charge for the extra time... and invoice this separately if you like that way this doesn't impact your normal fees payments..

I would just add on the extra hours=payment. You shouldn't work for free

I'd invoice seperately too at my normal daily rate x

I take my day rate (whatever you apply for the holidays) and take off what you have already calculated for within term time and x 3
