mind has gone blank, ive not got an 'all about me book' ? do i need one ? - sounds like a good idea, only i dont have time now to do one. has anyone got one they would be kind to share, or at least i could get an idea what to put in it ?
whats in a parent pack ?

Welcome letter
Letter detailing paperwork and what to do with it!
Contract & invoice for month ahead
Copy policies
Form to sign to say seen/read/understood policies
Permission forms for signature
Emergency medical consent cards for signature
Child record form
Individual needs form
I think that's everything.
