each week i plan activities to a theme along with a another minding friend,, sometimes we get the stuff done then other times we change our plans to suit the weather, kids moods, new toddler grps etc which i know is ok to do but do we need to plan an activity every day or can we just plan a couple a week and put fill the other days in as nusery ryhme time or toddler groups etc,,, we seem to plan a activity like drawing, painting cooking etc for every day at the moment but not get them done.

I plan my group activities for the week because I have a variety of children on different days.
We do some things once, some things more often and some wait for next time :D

I'm like Sarah, I have different children on different days so may need to do things more than once.
I just have a list of things we might do in the week and the children choose. Sometimes we do everything and sometimes nothing as they have other ideas.
No point in doing detailed planning that you might not use.
