pre reg question booklet

hey everyone, i have my pre reg visit friday morning and i have just got all my paperwork out and cannot find my preparing for your pre reg booklet with the questions in it that came with the application pack, im going out of my mind, does anybody know if i can download one, if so where from. Thanks peeps, any help will be much appreciated. Xx

Hi, Dont know if you can look it up anywhere.
I have my booklet here , I could e mail them to you but will take a while cos lots of them , if that is any use. x:)
