Diwali sweets

Hi all

am hoping someone can rescue my planning for the day :panic:
was planning to make diwali sweets with condensed milk, coconut and almonds (burfi I think it's called)

Anyway, sent hubs to do our weekly shop this morning and he came back without the coconut - couldn't find it apparently!

Sooooooooo I wondered if anyone has any sweet recipes without coconut, have googled and can't seem to find any (or if i have I don't have those ingredients either :blush: )

we are doing peppermint creams today ( i am allergic to coconut) with silver balls on. I know not strictly diwali but they are sparkly and fun

funnily enough just on here for 5 mins to find the eggless recipe...found it
