Hi
I have a mindee whose mum sends him everyday with a chocolate spread sandwich, a chocolate bar, a packet of crisps and a sugary squash drink. Needless to say he is bouncing off the walls an hour after his finished that lot!:panic:

I dont feel as though I can tell her what to actually feed her child, but I was thinking of including a 'Healthy lunchbox' pamphlet in with my newsletter as a massive hint:blush: ......

Does anyone know where I can get one online? Ideally I would like it to be one sheet with more pictures than description as I dont think she would pay too much attention otherwise!

Failing that, I think I'm going to have to write a healthy lunchbox policy!

Any help would be great!

Thanks
Nikki

I think that the last one lets you make your own leaflet.
