I'm writing an article for a monthly magazine (for early years providers) all about professional development for childminders. Does anyone have anything they'd like to say? How important do you think it is? Where do you tend to go for training? How relevant is it for childminders? When do you do it and how do you find the time? Who pays? Lots of issues to cover!
