Ive got a 12 month old who ive just changed his nappy and his poo had what i can only describe as discharge looking gooy stuff in it. The 'discharge' was like yellowy.... Any ideas what this could be? I have just rung mum and she asnt come accross a nappy like this off him before. He has been on cows milk for a week could it have something do with that maybe?? I dunno.......

could be just something he has eaten....make a note in his file and keep an eye on it, mention you discussed with mum etc cx
one of my mindees has had it before, more like jelly than poop?

No not this little one, he has been fine (my other 12 month has been poorly you maybe thinking of him) The only thing is that 2 more teeth are coming through so could be teething related. He seems fine, just a bit clingy like hes been very clingy over the last 2 weeks.
it's just a bit mucus lining from the gut coming out, yeah could be the teeth, just keep an eye on him xx
