oh dear it appears im not at all:blush: if you go to the sparkle box site its fairly easy to find.x

Thankyou everyone..... a bit of an impromptu bonfire theme is emerging with the children this week that I'm scrambling to keep up with and thought I'd best throw some safety in there for good measure!

Hi not sure if you know about sparklebox but you might want to read the following article before you download from the website. I don't use sparklebox anymore

It has now been cleared to use.....there was a post about it the other day

You said sparklebox has now bben cleared to use, have you got a link to the article that clears it that I can look at and pass on to my other friends who work in other childcare settings. They will be pleased to know they can use it again

Thank you for the article link, it was interesting to read but it says at one point that the police couldn't prove if he was or was not using photo's from the website for his activities not sure where I stand on this, The resources are great but do I want to use them considering the background of the websites owner! This is just a personal thought Oh what to do!!

It is interesting & does give a bit more background info, but it doesn't really answer the question on whether or not we should be using it, does it?

I think technically we are OK. I don't think there was ever much "danger" about using it as long as you didn't join in any chat or upload photos.

The question for me is is it morally OK to use? My personal view is no it isn't, but then there is some good stuff on there. I'm going to look through the other sites that are listed & see what they're like.
