Hi All

Just after some advice

Ive got two littlies starting with me end of November 2 days a week.

One is 23 months and one will be 6 months. I also have a 21 month old little monkey of my own.

I have a double pushchair but need some kind of travel soloution for getting around with another little one. Both toddlers are confident walkers.

Any ideas muchly welcomed

Thank you xx

When I was in this situation I used to walk with one but have the buggy board as well if they got tired. It worked for us but we didnt travel long distances with it, usually to toddler group and back or to the shops!

I wouldn't recommend using a sling because it would kill your back with a 6mth old!!! Plus they'll be fidgetting and would be probably trying to get out!

I'm going to be in a similar situation soon. I have a double buggy but will probably have buy a buggy board. Just hope I can get one to fit the buggy.

I use an ergo back carrier, I can quite easily carry my 3.5 yo in it. Wouldnt use a sling on your front, agree with maisie about back problems

I just have a lazy 3 year old of my own plus a 21 month (mine) and 10 month old mindee! So have a Maclaren double buggy with buggy board on back...I make him walk up the hills though, great exercise pushing the lot of them...can feel my biceps bulging :)

I have a lascal buggy board and its fabulous.

If you put 'lascal fitting guide' into googel you can go to a site which lets you search for your buggy and see how it fits, how good it fits etc.

i have had recently the same prob .. 2 1 year olds and a 3 year old who has hypermobility and very little understanding. I couldnt get a buggypod to attach to my tandem so i bought the buggypod ..... im so glad i did yes it was on the expensive side but after previously using a friends buggy board i find this so much eaiser! thought the pod would drag and be hard to push but its not at all its great :) a little smaller than i had hoped and the new reclining position is a waste of time for me as all mine are too tall to lay back in it ... but i still think its fab :)

Thank you all for your replies.

I opted for a lascal mini buggy board seems to be a pretty easy to use easy to fit and cheapish option. Fingers crossed!!

Happy minding :o) xx

I have (I think) a lascal - it's one a child can sit down on, I find these type better than the standing up one especially for the 2 years old age

I have a lascal maxi for my silver cross 3d for if I only have mine and 1 other and a lascal mini for my koochi twin roadrunner - i expected my 17 month old mindee to be ok on it but she just gets off whenever you stop so she goes in the buggy with my 10 month old ds and my 15 month old mindee goes on it and loves it - the older ones all ask to go on it too its fab
