hi..

expecting a baby this afternoon.. mum just called to say he seems fine in himself but has just been very sick and brought up all of breakfast..

would you still take child with only 1 boat of being sick?

just not sure :( ..

we are going on hols in 2 days.. if we get ill I'll be really unimpressed..

no -you have no idea what it might lead to, 48 hours after last bout is earliest I would take the child regardless of why sick. check with NHS direct then you can quote to mum if it helps your confidence.

Please don't take the child (sorry - don't mean to sound a bossy boots but really would hate you to be poorly for your holiday!)

It's often a hard decision to make with babies as they can sick up, without being ill, IYSWIM. What you're describing sounds much more than normal baby sick though, so I'd say no you shouldn't have mindee today & your 48 exclusion policy should apply.
