I've just read Littlestars post about getting an enquiry and forgetting to ask names etc of kids (and I think another person wrote a similar post). Was wondering if we could come up with a list of questions to ask prospective parents on first enquiry, and the information you'd consider most relevant?

eg I'd ask which days and hours they wanted, age and sex of the kids.... um.....

And tell them I'm just wonderfull!!

- how did you get my name? do I know you? recommendation?
- name and age of child / school or nursery attended?
- hours needed?
- used childcare before? if yes, they have an idea what to expect.
- any disabilities or special needs?
- Ok with paperwork? I had a parent some years ago who couldn't read
- accessibility to the house - any issues? Parent and child...
- things child will do with you
- make an appointment

That sort of thing...! :D
