Does anyone have a recipe that doesn't have egg in? All the ones I have found contain egg!
Thanks!

Here you go
1lb icing sugar
4 tablespoons condensed milk
a few drops oil of peppermint
Mix icing sugar and condensed milk to form a paste.
Work a few drops of oil of peppermint in by hand.
Roll out and stamp out small rounds (or any shape you like)
Put on a tray and leave in a cool place to dry out.

That's lovely!
Thanks both. Might go for the 'ready to roll' option - think this is how we used to do it with my mum when we were kids ;oP
With silver balls for decoration!!

You can substitute 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil per 1 egg in ANY receipe, so if the receipe calls for 2 eggs/yolks/white you would use 2 spoons of vegetable oil instead IYSWIM?
