I have a 2.9 yr old daughter.

I look after a 16month old and a 2 yr old.

If my partner was home to look after my daughter (her dad) am I ok to look after another 18month old?

Thanks x

no i dont think so hun...cos if her daddy was poorly it would be you looking after her

you could apply for an extra but from what ive read OFSTED generally only give this if its for siblings etc

no even if ur lo isn't with you she will still be in ur no's. ofsted don't give variation for new starters above no's as said normally for continuity of care or siblings :-(

Sorry your daughter counts in your numbers regardless of who is looking after her. Your husband could look after her in another premises however she still will count in your numbers.

Agreed. You could try for a variation though.
