parents informing tax credits when contract ends

I have given notice to all mindees due to my complications in my pregnancy. I usually give them a form explaining to parents that it is their responsibility to inform Tax credits (all parents recieve them) i know some will forget/ not know they need to do this but i cant find the copy i usually use.

How does this sound.

Just to inform parents it is your responsibility to inform Tax credits of our termination of contract to avoid any overpayments etc.

What do u think too short? anything else i need to add.

They are all reminded at the time of taking out and tax renewals that it is their responsbility to keep tax credits informed.

Personally I wouldn't bother.
