Forgot to take a note of my CRB ref number any way of getting it?

I forgot to take a note of my CRB reference number, is there any way of getting it?

phone ofsted and ask for the number.

they gave me mine, but wouldn't give me dh because of confidentiality but it was easy to work out the number as it was the next in sequence.

I just phoned the CRB helpline, explained that I hadn't taken a note of my number. When I gave them all my other details they gave it to me so that I could track progress online.:)
