weed killer for children my garderner needs to use some and wonder what would be safe?x

I'm not sure there is a safe weedkiller? - could you use weed barrier material? or a trick i used on bindweed when mine (children) were small was to buy a brush weedkiller and brush it on the leaves then wrap them in sandwich bags -secured with an elasticband.
If its for the lawn you can buy child/pet 'safe' grass weedkiller :)

verdone...its what we use you dont have to keep children or petsaway fro the area when youve put it down
