Hi everybody,
hope your all having a nice evening.
well i just thought i would post something positive for a change.
mum of a(6) and r(18months) came to collect this afternoon and asked me to sit down so she could have a quck word, 'here we go' (i thought). well she said i just want to say thank you so much for taking such good care of my girls they are really progressing with you and their behaviour is brill now. mum said she is always stressed and busy and never stops to think what a good job i am doing. th gave me box of chocs.

just wanted to share because it made my week. was feeling quite unappreciated up until now. :-) :-) :-) :-)

that is really lovely and a kind word and recognition can make all the difference.:clapping: :clapping:

make sure you record it though and get mum to initial date - its good evidence for Mrs O

Aww that was really nice of her. I find my most unlikely parent is the most grateful, she's a young single mum who I was warned about from her previous childminder, and while she can drive me potty texting me to see how mindee is, she does also text to say thanks fairly often too.
