Record of payment question?

Hi,

I have the ncma accounts book & was just wondering. does the parent have to sign accounts record of payment(part 3 ) at the end of each week even if they are to be paying monthly? Or do i just write in this part and the parent signs at the end of the month?

as my parents pay monthly they do it monthly

I have to arrange a time each month as they just want to pick up lo then get home:D

I get parents to sign as they pay then there are no misunderstandings... weekly ones sign weekly, monthly ones sign monthly.

I also have to stop them chasing off, pin them to the spot, put a pen in their hand, remind them where to sign and give it them back when they forget to put the date :rolleyes:
