I've just received my inspection report and am so happy about the parents comments to the Care Commission questionnaire, it's good to know they appreciate all we do, even if they don't always show it:)

it's so nice to have comments like that...... I have had some very lovely comments from parents too recently and it gives a warm glow, even when dealing with a very constipated and very uncomfy and grumpy child!!!!

well done that's great to hear
do you not see the parent's comments before the report comes out, if not it must be nerve wracking for you to wait to hear what they say

parents didnt give comments at my inspection ..well one dad said shes fab :blush:
