Does 48 hour exclusion apply to siblings?

I think i know the answer to this one but thought I'd check....

mum of H has just texted me to say she's been sent home from nursery today as she's been sick twice and is she excluded from myself for tomorrow. I'm going to reply that yes she's excluded for 48 hours after sickness. I also look after her brother before and after school - I am reluctant to have him in case he is infected, however I think I have to have him as he's not yet been sick - am i right?

You can't excluse unless they have had it:) he may never even get it.

Yes, you can still have the brother as long as he's well.
