I have contacted my local family information service and was sent out a childminding information pack. After reading through it this morning, I have now booked to go onto a childminding information session which is on 8th November...so excited hehe! Me and partner wanted to become registered childminders together but he has now been offered a job elsewhere a few days a week. I was just wondering if he could still be my assistant on his days off and would this affect the amount of children we could care for. I have a 15 month old daughter and one on the way, due in January. The baby will obviously take up the under 1 space but was wondering if my partner worked with me a few days a week, if we could care for an extra under 1.
