disclosure forms

Hi I am currently filling in my form to become a childminder, and have a problem i was hoping you could help me with. There is a space where it says do you have an enhanced criminal records disclosure which i have my problem is it says to attach it and i can not find it anywhere (have ranshacked the house lol ) do think it matters if i do put it. Hope that makes sense. thanks laura

You can only send in what you have got... they will probably do another one anyway... I wouldn't let it hold you up getting your forms in.

Ignore it for a few days and it'll probably turn up anyway! :D
