I am filling out my pre-reg form and one of the questions ask "what events, if any, do you need to inform us about and how would you do this" please can anyone help me to answer this????????:(

i'd put
house move,
people leaving home
people moving in
your own children turning 16
major changes to your home, extensions etc
cases of food poisoning
serious accidents whilst in your care
hope that helps :)

you may want to inform ofsted of:
any changes to the conditions of your registration - ie your own child goes out of the EYFS age group, over the age of 8/16 etc.
any changes to your health that would affect you working
alterations/changes to your premises
changes to ratios - ie needing a variation
serious accident
safeguarding allegation
changes to who lives on the premises
an offence you may be charged with (or someone else on the premises)
that you are starting/resuming/stopping childminding
changes in the age group that you intend to childmind
an assistant or co-worker
