Business pack?

I have joined the National Childminding Association, and thought that when you joined your got the business starter pack for free? Is this wrong? Do you have to just buy it at a discounted rate?

I got my ncma pack through council when i set up so i dont truthfully know. xx

I also got mine through the council. I don't think NCMA give them away.

Unless you get your membership as part of a start-up grant with your local authority you do have to pay the discounted member's rate. They are not included in the membership.
