I had one yesterday who asked 'Are they burnt grapes?' as I was chopping up some black olives for my salad at lunchtime.

My favourite quote this week has been elder daughter eating a plum from our tree and saying 'urgh there's a worm in it' followed by younger daughter saying 'that's not a worm, it's a magnet'

One of mine asked, "What is business?"

I explained as simply as I could that its your job, like my business is being a CM.

Then I had a thought and said, "unless you mean, mind your own business, then that means you are being nosey".

She replied "Oh when daddy was in the bathroom and I was banging on the door and keep talking to him, he said go and play I doing my buiness"

When dad came and collected her later I couldn't look him in the eye :blush: :blush:

Lol........ I love the things children say.
I was taking my nephew to nursery and we saw a man jogging. He said ' he's getting fit' I said 'yes' he then said,'when I was coming to your house with my mummy we saw a lady and she was fitting.' That was over a year ago and I still chuckle.
Oh and my mum lives in a jungalow!
