what to write in fire evacuation record

i have done fire practises but really documented how they went. what do you have to include in the record??

have looked on the bromley site but my laptop can't download them.

has anyone got one they can send me?? i would really appreaciate it. Please Pm me if you can help.

Just a little tip that the inspector really liked - another childminder and myself phone each other around the time the fire drill is due

Neither of us know when the other will ring so in that way we are tested too - the inspectors like this

I would also record if there are any problems when you do the drill and what you have done to sort that out
