I am going through my policies at the moment and I am a bit stuck,

If your child/ren is ill is it ok to look after minded children?
As long as you tell the parents before hand and they sign to say it is ok?

Thanks for your help X

Whenever my kids are ill I always say to the parents and leave it upto them to decide if they want to bring their kids.

When it was Chickenpox last year my daughter and one of the boys got it the same weekend so he still came and the other mum wanted her daughter to get it so she sent her. Over a space of 6 weeks all the kids had the Chickenpox

Enjoy your walk Rascal - hope the weather isn't too keen where you are?

Depends what your child has really and if they need extra attention that would take you away from the job in hand.

Illness like colds then I guess you can inform the parents and give them the choice -

S&D - no
Infectious problems - no

I agree with Pipsqueak. S&d wouldn't have mindees in the house.
If mine had a sore throat or something similar I would let the parents decide.

I agree with the others S&D no to mindees but ordinary illnesses like coughs and colds then I would carry on as usual

If it was an infectious disease like chicken pox then I would say it was up to the parents as some like their children to get these illnesses over asap
