Risk Assessment for toddler groups

Could anyone share what they include in this please? I'm rushing trying to do some last minute bits before OFSTED come.

I include things like
Entrance and Exits..... are they supervised/locked or what?
Kitchen areas......... access to children?
Toys and Equipment..... who is responsible for ensuring safe etc
Lay out...... can you maintain vision of the children
Outdoors ( all the usual things like sand/ water/fencing/toys/ride ons/access/exits)
Mums with HOT DRINKS
Changing/toilet facilities.... safe/clean
Safety mats.... correct use of
Steps and obstacles
Buggy storage
