quick help needed

I have a child finishing today, he has been with me part time since Feb and moving on to a nursery.

I would like to write a paragraph on where he is at on the learning and development charts - basicallly in his age ranges across the board - to go at the end of his file, but not sure how to word things.

Any ideas would be appreciated, thanks

I use the wording direct from the eyfs or the trackers , it makes life much easier!

I just sumarised each section in English not EYFS language as it will be the parent who reads it.
