Mothercare car seats

I checked my online bank this morning and the money for the car seats is being held so they should get delivered. I dont think they will be delivered quickly though. I ordered 2, who else ordered them and how many?

i had a peep on ebay last night and there they all are popping up £50, £80, £49.99....someones gonna have made a fortune out of mothercare:rolleyes:

I bought 3 but for mindees, not for resale. Haven't checked my bank balance but will just say that it doesn't guarantee delivery as they can just say they never came back in stock and refund if it was a mistake (hoping it's not a mistake obviously, lol!) I may phone them later just to check, lol!

Mothercare.com have just cancelled an order from me (for waiting stock) before without telling me or refunding me!! If I hadn't been on the ball I would have been seriously out of pocket!

Someone i know has spoken to mothercare this morning and they are not sending out the car seats.

On your online banking it might show the money going out but mothercare will only be holding your money once they cancel the order the money will show back in your account.

It was a palpable error so they have no obligation to honour the orders and it says in their t&cs too.

I didn't get any as don't need any but I telephoned my sister who bought one as her son is fast growing into that size seat.

missed this one anyway but did get the £12.50 one from ASDA :thumbsup: only need it as an emergency car seat as I don't drive but may need one to go in CM friends car or with DH :)

mine cancelled aswell grrr
