Computershare - Payment Preference

Am registered with computershare and just looking at my payment preferences as have a parent who is actually going to use them.

Payment Frequency options are:
daily
weekly
monthly

Pay Day options are:
monday
tuesday
wednesday
thursday
friday

is there any particular combination that works for you.

(I'd like my money asap, obviously :D )

I signed up recently but mum hasnt as of yet, I rang up cos I wasnt sure what do about frequency and the woman at Computershare said to choose daily and then its released to the banking system as quickly as possible and hits your account quicker.

Definitely Daily. I made the mistake of ticking monthly on 1st so parents paid in but a week later I realised it hadn't hit my bank because they'd paid in on 4th so if I hadn't of phoned them and queried it it would have sat there not going anywhere for a month. I've changed it to daily now.

im using computershare too, ive chosen monthly on 21st of each month as parent said they get paid on that day, it hasnt gone into my account as yet so does that mean i might not get it till next month then?

I'd ring and chase it up, one of my parents use computershare and it usually takes around a week to move over....she gets paid last thurs of the month and I usually get my money 4/5/6th!!!

ive just rang them and she said shed change the preference to daily for me so i should get the money into my account within the next couple of days. my parent didnt release the funds till the 23rd so i wouldnt of seen the money till 21st next month! so im leaving it as daily now so ill get paid just after money is released, hope that makes sense!
i wouldnt of known any of this if it wasnt for coming on here!! thanks!:clapping:
