Help with cousework please

Please can someone help with my coursework, I have to describe how to reduce the communication barriers when working with parents from other cultures.

Using documentation or having your documentation translated either by seeing if your LA has a translation service or using an online one. Approaching someone in the community from that culture - you will often find commuinty groups for instance where I live there is the Polish Association, Chinese and Asian Group, etc.
Learning some of the language.
Putting up posters that has dual language(s) on them, dual language books.
