welcome packs!?

hi newbie here!! iv gt 2 families startin in september and im busy doing my parents welcome packs.
but not sure what i put in them!?!?
so far iv put a intro about me and my family and all my policies!
but do i need to get parents to sign each policy and do we both need a signed copy??
same with permission forms? should i put them in the welcome pack and ask parents to sign a copy and il photocopy it?!

i write on my contracts has seen and read all polices and proceedures and i also ask the mif theywant a copy i can email them but tehy see how many i have and decline politely lol..
