I have a neurology app this afternoon and emailed mindees mum last week asking if he could be collected at 12pm (sort of 6 hours early!) as not very appropriate to take him. Anyhow, was no problem and dad collected at 10.50am AND offered to take my own 2 for the afternoon - now that's worthy of praise :)

I have a parent like that, when mother in law was rushed in to hopistal she phoned to see if I was okay, sent a card, offered to take my son home with her.

and me my partner was rushed into hospital last week and both my parents offered to look after my daughter if i wanted to go and visit him and take me down there i thought it was so nice
