That's why yours is good then, mine was a cheap one from Tescos.

Charley normally sharpens our pencils so she would love that one

;) They say diamonds are a girls best friend - not in our house, I married inspector gadget!

The 1st thing hubby bought me is a big calculator with a roll of paper, I love the satisfying sound it makes when I'm doing my invoices :)

My bread maker, kenwood chef, pyrolytic oven, induction hob, everything pampered chef sells, laptop, pogo printer.....

Finally, my Roomba vacum (see previous posts) :D

Now, if I could only get my hands on a really good electric pencil sharpener.....;)

Most of my gadgets are in the kitchen - my electric can opener was a flop though but I love my Nicer Dicer, Sliver and milk shake maker.

I don't think it comes under gadgets but the best thing I have is a gigantic roll of sticky tape - it must be 2 feet across or more - my dad gave me a load of them (his work were throwing them away). I have given a couple away but I will never run out ever.

Laminator - just bought one, as reading on here, most of you already own one, so I got one and now its on every night and its making my room look very professional.
Also, my Ipod Touch, I use the google images web page, lots to show the lo things while chatting to them e.g. football team logos yesterday for a 6 year old to copy for a birthday card.
also, my Sunshine Kids Buggy Buddy Stroller Organiser drinks holder, it velcos to my pram and keeps up to 4 beakers of juice upright while we travel.

talking of prams (sorry I realise these arn't really gadgets) but i also use these on my other pram, the bottle holder and the pouch are great, mine are black and stay on even when it is collapsed.

My best "gadget" ever is my continuous inkjet system on my printer. I can print TONNES of things and the ink is sooooooooooooo cheap it's unbelievable. I'm sure the guy said it's something like 9p to print a full A4 page of Photos and at fantastic quality too. x
