help what do i need?

hi, im signing contracts for the first time today and am now trying to think what else i need eg permission forms, child details form, record of childs individual needs form. do i give them a complaints form to keep or do i keep it and give it to them if they ever need it, which of course they wont!!

You could put a little booklet of information together which tells parents about you and your service.

Then when they are signed up they need a copy of policies and procedures including safeguarding, complaints etc.
